ACTING TIME!!

I knew I was going to eventualy bust out and start acting again once I felt ready. Well Im not really ready but I guess I better try now or I'll be sorry for having waited any longer....been working out alot lately so that should help me feel more ready. Or at least make me look better...which I think is the point.

Taking a break from alot of my outgoing volunteer film acting work up at the local film making college
(Savannah College of Art and Design btw) thanks to a new dear old college teacher friend of mine from church Mr. Will Bellias. Its all his fault for inviting me to go....ok well not all...I did tell him I'm an aspiring filmmaker/actress so I guess Im a bit to blame as well.

Im going to be in some upcoming senior student films next quarter which starts in Jan. Yay! Exposure is always nice...so is networking....and I do it so well. Grin.

My first national tv commerical should air this month for Talking Law Live. com radio's spot. If you see it Im the one who starts the conversation. I so gotta change my hair....So cool of my new agent to get that for me. Which is talentsource.com btw go Michael!

Also as of late Ive been doing alot of comedy sketch script writting for my upcoming public access tv show called Laugh Out Loud which will air on my local PA community TV station of channel 7 on comcast cable...whenever I decide Im ready and everyone eles is. I've got a bunch of local intrested folks so it should be intresting what we all come up with together.

The US Army MWR Entertainment folks are still in the back of my mind as being there if I ever want to direct a show....but for free....? eh....its not THAT much fun...I so prefer to act...for free....for the right people....I guess thats why the Army folks are in the back of my mind...the annual Performing arts Festival I started back in 03 is still ongoing...so thats cool...but I didnt even see it this past year...so Im not too happy with them/that...they didnt even tell me they were doing it or when...grr...I would have probably been in it...or involved...its just as well ive been busy as hell...acting...I was in 8 student scene study projects at SCAD's directing actors class this past quarter(sept-nov)...it totaly brushed up my acting skills....i hope eventualy all my efforts will pay off thou...im gettin tired of volunteering all the time

I gotta start going to feature film auditions...maybe i should talk to my agent about going on a road trip...why didnt I think of that sooner....duh...

Wow Ive been gone from devart for some time....Im still making graphic art hobbi projects here (just havent gotten around to posting anyof them yet) and there but ive been writing songs and instrumental music lately...and producing other artists music tons as well....just wanted to let folks know.

Sometimes I'll do these when I cant think of anything eles to do. They usualy come out pretty cool looking. This one in particular I added a bit here and there to each day for a few days. I hope you like it.

Here is a [link] to my latest photo manipulation experiment. Digital Watercolor Effect used to mimic traditional watercolor painting obvisously. Truly quick and simple to do but sometimes certain images just take to looking more like traditional paintings then others. This example above is from my Landscape account. I have another two faux watercolors in this account. I hope you like my new one...as simple as it is I think I really like it myself. Feel free to browse around my lil landscape account and comment on some stuff in there...they are getting lonesome for feedback in there.
